Overview of job This is a fantastic opportunity to join the hugely dynamic and creative MBA team at MediaCom. Here you will be at the center ofThe Content Connections Agency working on Content Strategy Content Creation and Content Distribution across the portfolio of MediaCom clients. Reporting of the role MBA (MediaCom Beyond Advertising) is the special function team to serve all MediaCom clients with content strategy programmesportsentertainment sponsorshipdigital creative solutions. 3 best things about the job: You will work in the fastgrowing content marketing segment in the industry with broad client portfolio including FMCGAutoLuxury3C.etc Grow up with a youngpassionate diverse background team Given the opportunity to gain the skillmanagementindustry trend training in agency group network level Measures of success In three months you would have: You will play as key contact window as MBA team in MediaCom Shanghai to cowork with client teams and GroupM content teams Get familiar with content resources owned by internal network external owners You will be involved in ongoing sponsorship project in Shanghai and play as qualified supervision role In six months you would have: You will submit the brand content opportunity audit of MediaCom Shanghai to Head of MBA You will keep prospecting new sponsorship opportunity for client teams with content solutions (content strategycreation ideas) and support other offices (BJGZ) if required In 12 months you would have: You will support in new business pitch to deliver consumer content consumption insight brand content solutions You will deliver the best practice achieved in the past 12 months and share the learning key observation on the market in team agency level Responsibilities of the role: Work with client teams to identify opportunities for brand content Work with client teams other function teams (comms planninginsightsocialdigital) to ensure clients have a deep understanding of the benefits to brand and consumers from both ROI and consumer engagementadvocacy point of view Work with GroupM content teams (ESP GME) to source suitable opportunities for MediaCom clients Be accountable for strategic and creative direction for the clientsBrand Content offering including content strategy content creation and content distribution (partnership or original content) . Keep up to date on all regulatory matters relating to the Brand Content discipline such as TV digital event sponsorship. Ensure that the relationships with key suppliers is developed and maintained such as media owners production companies (content and events) innovation and technology suppliers Liaise with other MediaCom and GroupM units where required What you will need: Above 4 years experience. Strong PPT and prestation skills Good at written and spoken English Strong communication and organizational skills Passionate about innovation and technologyMarketing literate with experience of creating and managing complex multimedia Branded Content developed using consumer insight and effective objective setting A deep insight into China content market case studies and learning Proven coaching mentoring and collaboration abilities We are looking for inquisitive openminded and brave people who want to have fun in their daily work.
